Efficient and sustainable social housing
The Renca Project, developed by MINVU, is the agency’s first public tender for industrialized housing. It is designed to build 103 apartments on a triangular plot of land. The design integrates the urban environment with green spaces to promote connectivity and community life.
The project uses industrialized wood modules to optimize sunlight, ventilation, and thermal efficiency. The modular configuration allows for flexible designs and ensures sustainability by reducing the carbon footprint and improving livability.
