The 17-story building and four subway levels strike a balance between continuity and uniqueness. With industrial elements and urban art, the design emphasizes the building’s connection to the city with its vibrant, expressive architecture.

ARCHITECTURAL EXPRESSION
The building's form is inspired by the modernist architecture of the area and reinterpreted in an urban, contemporary style.
The use of color and industrial materials connects the building to its surroundings, blending in with the neighborhood's energy.
Context
Nodo is located in a vibrant neighborhood where commerce, culture, and housing converge, reflecting the diversity of urban life.
Identity
The design incorporates street art and industrial materials to play with urban continuity and generate a contemporary language.
Habitability
The building has 110 apartments with one, two, or three bedrooms. These apartments have flexible spaces that can adapt to different lifestyles.
Mobility
It is located next to public transportation, the subway, and bicycle paths. It promotes the use of bicycles and has integrated parking and workshops.
Design
Its volumetry defies gravity with a suspended prism and continuous pedestal façade that integrates common spaces.
Experience
The building features shared spaces, including a five-story lobby, terraces, a fitness center, and a swimming pool with panoramic city views.
