Lo Espejo Building Receives Special Recognition at the 2026 CCI BuildUP Awards
At ARCHIPLAN, we are proud to announce that the Lo Espejo Building project received a special recognition in Category 1: Built High-Rise Buildings at the 2026 CCI BuildUP Awards.
This important event, held yesterday, June 11, at the CChC Building, brought together the companies that are currently driving industrialized construction, innovation, and sustainability in Chile.
The project was submitted as a consortium and was developed jointly by ARCHIPLAN, Tecno Fast, Constructora Vive, and the sponsoring entity, Unión.
Mario Yáñez from Tecno Fast and Pabla Ortúzar, partner architect at ARCHIPLAN, accepted the BuildUP Award on behalf of the four companies. CCI.
Because two of these companies are members of the CCI board of directors, the project was not eligible to compete officially. Nevertheless, the jury decided to award it a special mention in recognition of its contribution within the category.
For ARCHIPLAN, this distinction reflects our commitment to excellence, innovation, and the development of projects that contribute to the future of construction in the country.
We thank the CCI (Chilean Council for Industrialized Construction) for recognizing the collaborative work carried out by all the companies that created this innovative project.
