URBAN INTEGRATION
The project's design adapts to its surroundings, ensuring harmonious transitions with the existing buildings and the neighborhood's interstitial spaces.
Access points and an interior plaza facilitate community life, transforming the complex into a place where people can gather and connect with the city.
Context
The project is located on a traditional street in Ñuñoa. It harmonizes densification with the neighborhood scale and integrates itself into the urban fabric.
Identity
The design reinterprets the architecture of the area by bringing together different generations and lifestyles in a mid-rise complex.
Common space
The interior plaza facilitates circulation and common activities, incorporating paths, benches, and trees to encourage interaction among residents.
Livability
Units range from 44 to 110 square meters, offering flexible one- to four-bedroom homes with expansive views.
Design
The sober volume and glazed balconies add depth to the facade, preventing monotony and emphasizing the interior function.
Sustainability
The green belt surrounding the perimeter of the landscaping contributes to the neighborhood's identity and the quality of the urban space.

MATERIALITY AND LIGHT
The design emphasizes neutral elements that accentuate the neighborhood's architecture, blending texture, color, and materials to create a sense of identity.
Glazed balconies allow for dynamic interaction with the façade, offering depth and variation in its architectural expression.

The Vincent Building occupies a site and engages with the neighborhood. Its design contributes to the urban landscape by reinterpreting densification with respect and balance.
The combination of vegetation, materials, and shared spaces creates a welcoming environment where architecture and community naturally intertwine.
