The floating ring of the tower reinterprets urban landmarks by combining technology, architecture, and light art.

The tower's design is inspired by natural phenomena, such as volcanoes and optical effects. Its shape reflects movement and energy.

Its seismically resistant base is made of concrete and steel, and steel and Kevlar cables guarantee structural stability.

The tower houses transmission antennas and an observation deck with a diameter of 85 meters, as well as well-defined technical spaces.

The tower is accessible via a landscaped path with a reflecting pool.
