Coastal tourism development
This master plan is strategically located on the northern coast of Peru and proposes a tourism development that balances infrastructure and nature. Designed to enhance the hotel and residential experience, the plan integrates natural landscapes with artificial lagoons, high-end hotels, and recreational areas.
The proposal includes three sectors: an access area with an aerodrome and commercial spaces; a central area with hotels and sports facilities; and a coastal sector with a beach club and marina. It is a sustainable design that maximizes the natural environment.

Recreation
Sports areas, a beach club, and a marina offer residents and tourists exclusive experiences.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
The design integrates the natural environment with respectful infrastructure. The conservation of the coastal landscape is prioritized to ensure harmony between nature and urbanism.
Using local materials and energy-efficient strategies reduces the ecological footprint, creating a sustainable destination.

INTEGRAL SPACES
Each zone of the master plan offers a unique experience. There is everything from access with an aerodrome and commerce to a beach with a marina and hotel.
These spaces have been designed to adapt to the environment while prioritizing views, accessibility, and comfort.
