Architecture that blends tradition, landscape, and exclusivity

The Las Tacas Master Plan was born with the vision of developing a luxury vacation resort, inspired by the successful real estate experience of the Costa del Sol, Spain. Located in the IV Region of Chile, the project balances architecture, nature and urban planning.

The urban and landscape design combines Andalusian influences with elements of the Desert Pacific and the Diaguita culture. Spread over 236 hectares, the project includes a marina, aerodrome, shopping centre and more than 650 residential units, redefining high-standard tourism.
