Exclusive architecture that fuses tradition and landscape
Inspired by the successful real estate experience of the Costa del Sol in Spain, the Las Tacas Masterplan was developed with the vision of creating a luxury vacation resort. Located in Chile’s IV Region, the project harmoniously blends architecture, nature, and urban planning.
The urban and landscape design blends Andalusian influences with elements of the Pacific Desert and Diaguita culture. Spanning 236 hectares, the project includes a marina, an aerodrome, a shopping center, and more than 650 residential units, redefining high-end tourism.
