A building whose architecture extends the square
The D’Halmar Building is located in the traditional Ñuñoa neighborhood, directly adjacent to Augusto D’Halmar Plaza. The building’s design extends the urban landscape and vegetation to its facades, achieving harmonious integration with its surroundings.
The project consists of two independent volumes that open to the landscape, prioritizing the residents’ view and quality of life. The green-toned façade and open corridors generate a visual and spatial connection with the plaza.

Design
The project reinterprets the square as an extension of the building by incorporating its materials, colors, and vegetation into the architecture.
Integration
The wood-framed entryways capture the neighborhood's essence, connecting its architecture to the pedestrian scale and community.
Green spaces
The exterior gardens are integrated into the building's design, providing the second-floor apartments with private, landscaped areas.
habitability
The units range in size from 38 to 118 square meters and offer flexible spaces with one to four bedrooms and privileged views of the square.
Connectivity
The building is integrated into the urban network with multiple access points and is located near the Prince of Wales subway and future highways.
Innovation
The open corridors with frosted glass allow natural light to pass through, creating a sense of dynamism and transparency in the project's design.

MATERIALITY AND EXPRESSION
The building stands out with its green-toned envelope, which blends in with the square. Its construction elements reinforce the continuity between the architecture and public space.
The terraces and common areas provide spaces for residents to gather, and the rooftop incorporates private and communal spaces with city views.

QUALITY OF URBAN LIFE
Open access points and perimeter gardens establish a seamless connection between the interior and exterior, integrating the building with its immediate surroundings.
The interior landscaping and swimming pool provide wellness spaces for residents and complement a design that prioritizes light, ventilation, and comfort.

D'Halmar is more than just a building; it's a tribute to its surroundings. Through its design and materials, it enhances the character of the neighborhood, creating a space where architecture and nature converge.
Its connection to the square, open access, and chromatic work on its facades consolidate a design intended to live in harmony with the city.
