The Cousiño Macul Masterplan proposes a sustainable urban solution that densifies the land with a diverse housing offer, optimizing connectivity and access to essential services. 

 

Its structure is organized around a central curvilinear street that connects existing streets and opens the project to the Andes, integrating the natural landscape with an urban model that prioritizes pedestrian mobility and social interaction. 

Connectivity

The strategic location provides easy access to major highways and public transportation, ensuring efficient and sustainable mobility. 

Design

The structure of the master plan follows a curved central street that organizes spaces and connects existing streets. 

Habitability

Priority is given to pedestrians, with public spaces designed for social interaction and community well-being. 

Sustainability

The proposal incorporates natural elements and promotes walkable neighborhoods with services accessible within 15 minutes.

The Andes Mountains serve as a backdrop, integrating the landscape into the urban design.
