The Calder Building is conceived as an architectural response that balances the urban and natural environment. Located in the traditional San Damian neighborhood of Las Condes, the project takes advantage of the views of the mountain range and surrounding vegetation to integrate with its immediate context. 

 

Through harmonious volumes and fine materials, Calder is an architectural reference that combines functionality, aesthetics and a careful relationship with its surroundings, creating living spaces of great quality and comfort.

Design

Two three-story volumes create high-quality spaces with large terraces, barbecue areas and private pools. 

Materiality

Exposed concrete and travertine marble provide solidity and texture, contrasting with the transparency of the glass. 

Habitability

Large windows, courtyards and natural light in the entrances enhance the quality of life for residents. 

Common areas

Entrance hall with water as the main element, creating a unique sensory and spatial experience. 

Facades

Closed to the street for privacy, open to the garden to connect with the landscape and enhance the quality of life.
