The design prioritizes integrating the new cable car to optimize access and connectivity. Medium-rise buildings create a harmonious environment around a central park and commercial areas.

PUBLIC SPACES

The central park is at the heart of the project. Its paths, green spaces, and urban furnishings promote a high quality of life.
