The Somos Building is designed to blend in with its surroundings, fostering a sense of community and strengthening neighborhood ties. Its corner design and open access plaza enrich the public space and promote interaction with neighbors. 

 

The U-shaped design of the project offers an interior plaza with recreational areas and green spaces, improving livability and quality of life. Its typological flexibility responds to the diversity of contemporary families and adapts to different lifestyles.

Its typological diversity allows for configurations that can adapt to different forms of coexistence, reflecting the evolution of contemporary family models.

The color and balconies generate a dialogue with the surroundings, harmonizing with the urban expressiveness of Ñuñoa.
