We integrate design and development through six specialized workshops. While the design workshop creatively explores innovative concepts from hand-drawn sketches, the development workshops execute technical projects with BIM and specialize in lines such as mining or industrialized architecture. This synergy balances design, precision and adaptability to each project.

General departure
The order starts with a general departure of the project in close collaboration with the design workshop. This phase is based on a previous study of the space available.
Idea development
A chief project architect is assigned to lead the collaborative development of the basic idea, coordinating design adjustments and functional or regulatory requirements with the client.
Validation of counterparties
The ARCHIPLAN Board of Directors and the client validate the proposal. Necessary adjustments are made to align the project with quality standards and expectations.
Technical execution
The design dossier is developed, permits are processed and coordination with specialties is initiated, ensuring legal and technical feasibility for construction.
WHAT WE DO
Macro analysis
Study of the regional and urban context: demographic, economic and geographic dynamics that influence the project. Example: connection to road networks, existing infrastructure and growth trends.
Micro analysis
Detailed evaluation of the specific terrain: topography, accessibility, immediate surroundings and physical constraints. It includes potentialities and limitations of the site to optimize its use.
Morphological analysis
Study of the shape and structure of the terrain: orientations, natural and artificial landmarks, and visual relationships. Defines how the project integrates and dialogues with its context.
Regulatory analysis
Review of local regulations: zoning, maximum heights, percentage of openings, constructability coefficients and environmental regulations. Ensures legal compliance and facilitates permitting.
Market analysis
Research on demand, competition and people trends. For example: residential or commercial preferences, to adjust mixed uses or urban green spaces.
Creative Logic-Based Methodology
Synthesis of technical data and creativity: balance between functionality, innovation and feasibility. Proposes original solutions aligned with the project objectives and context.
Target image
Visual representation through drawings and three-dimensional models, integrating previous analysis into a coherent proposal. It combines functionality, aesthetics and context to materialize the vision of the project in a tangible and harmonious way.

We designed the responsibility and autonomy roles methodology to enhance competition processes, optimizing time and resources. With a collaborative structure that empowers teams, we improve proposal quality and workflows while creating an evaluation tool for continuous improvement.
