The Vincent Building is located in Ñuñoa with the challenge of integrating into the diversity of the neighborhood. Designed as a two-volume complex, it establishes a dialogue with the local morphology and culture, respecting the urban scale and community life.
The project creates a meeting space with its interior plaza, where landscaping, paths and common spaces promote interaction. Its architectural design stands out for its balance between materiality, volume and habitability.

The volumetry of the project adapts to the surroundings, ensuring harmonious transitions with the existing building and the interstitial spaces of the neighborhood.

Located on a traditional street in Ñuñoa, the project harmonizes densification with the neighborhood scale, integrating itself into the urban fabric.
Identity
The design seeks to reinterpret the architecture of the sector, reconciling different generations and lifestyles in a mid-rise complex.
Common area
The interior plaza articulates circulation and common programs, incorporating paths, benches and trees to encourage interaction among residents.
Habitability
Units range from 44 sqm to 110 sqm, offering flexibility in 1 to 4 bedroom homes with expansive views.
Design
The sober volume and glazed balconies add depth to the facade, avoiding monotony and highlighting the interior function.
Sustainability
The landscaping incorporates a green belt around the perimeter, contributing to the identity of the neighborhood and the quality of the urban space.
