Its design enhances the seascape, articulating living spaces that dialogue with the topography, vegetation and panoramic views.

TERRITORIAL INTEGRATION

The master plan is organized in stages, respecting the scenographic nature of the terrain and the progression of urban development.

The initial intervention focuses on the sectors with the greatest impact on the landscape, gradually expanding to the north and south.

The spaces have been designed for rest, contemplation and community life in a unique environment.

The buildings incorporate light stone and colors that evoke the nature of the place, reinforcing the integration with the landscape.
