Vivienda social eficiente y sostenible
The Renca Project is MINVU’s first public tender for industrialized housing, developed to build 103 apartments on a triangular plot of land. Its design integrates the urban environment with green areas, promoting connectivity and community life.
Using industrialized wood modules, the project optimizes sunlight, ventilation and thermal efficiency. The modular configuration allows for flexibility in design and ensures sustainability, reducing the carbon footprint and improving livability.
