The project transforms dry creeks into urban axes, incorporates native vegetation and prioritizes sustainability. The proposal seeks to generate walkable neighborhoods, active public spaces and an architecture that strengthens cultural identity, with local materials and urban layouts inspired by pre-Columbian forms.
