Its design enhances the seascape, articulating living spaces that dialogue with the topography, vegetation and panoramic views.

TERRITORIAL INTEGRATION

The master plan is organized in stages, respecting the scenographic nature of the terrain and the progression of urban development.

The initial intervention focuses on the sectors with the greatest impact on the landscape, gradually expanding to the north and south.
