Strategically located on the northern coast of Peru, this master plan proposes a tourism development that balances infrastructure and nature. Designed to enhance the hotel and residential experience, it integrates natural landscapes with artificial lagoons, high-standard hotels and recreational areas.

The proposal includes three sectors: an access area with an aerodrome and commerce, a central area with hotels and sports spaces, and a coastal sector with a beach club and marina. A sustainable design that maximizes the natural environment.
