Un edificio que extiende la plaza a su arquitectura

The D’Halmar Building is located in a traditional neighbourhood of Ñuñoa, in direct contact with the Plaza Augusto D’Halmar. Its design extends the vegetation and urban landscape to its facades, achieving a harmonious integration with its immediate surroundings.

The project is composed of two independent volumes that open onto the landscape, privileging the view and the quality of life of the residents. The façade, with green tones and open corridors, generates a visual and spatial connection with the square.

URBAN QUALITY OF LIFE

The open accesses and the perimeter gardens generate a fluid relationship between interior and exterior, integrating the building into its immediate surroundings.

The interior landscaping and pool provide wellness spaces for residents, complementing a design that prioritizes light, ventilation, and comfort.

D'Halmar is not just a building, it is a tribute to its surroundings. Through its design and materiality, it strengthens the character of the neighborhood, creating a space where architecture and nature converge.
