Viviendas que respetan el paisaje y optimizan las vistas
The Mirador Los Trapenses Residential Complex arises from a Master Plan competition to build on a land with extreme slopes in Lo Barnechea. Its design respects the topography and maximizes integration with the landscape.
The project includes 21 houses and 36 apartments, strategically organized to optimize views and energy efficiency. Sustainability is prioritized with low-impact materials and the conservation of native vegetation, balancing habitability and respect for the natural environment.
