Its volumetry of 17 floors and 4 basements balances continuity and uniqueness. With industrial elements and urban art, the proposal emphasizes its connection to the city through vibrant and expressive architecture.

The volume of the building is inspired by the modernist architecture of the sector, reinterpreted with an urban and contemporary language.
The use of color and industrial materials connects the building with its context, integrating with the vitality of the neighborhood.
Context
Nodo is located in a dynamic neighborhood where commerce, culture and housing converge, reflecting the diversity of urban life.
Identity
The design plays with urban continuity, incorporating street art and industrial materials to generate a contemporary language.
Habitability
The building houses 110 apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, with flexible spaces that adapt to different lifestyles.
Mobility
Located next to public transport, metro and bike lanes, it promotes the use of bicycles with parking lots and integrated workshops.
Design
Its volumetry defies gravity, with a suspended prism and a pedestal with a continuous façade that integrates the common spaces.
Experience
The shared spaces include a five-storey hall, terraces, gym and swimming pool with panoramic views of the city.
