The Calder Building is conceived as an architectural response that balances the urban and natural environment. Located in the traditional San Damián neighborhood of Las Condes, this project takes advantage of the views of the mountain range and the surrounding vegetation to integrate with its immediate context.

Through harmonious volumes and noble materials, Calder stands as an architectural benchmark that combines functionality, aesthetics and a careful relationship with its surroundings, generating living spaces of great quality and comfort.
