URBAN INTEGRATION

The volumetry of the project adapts to the surroundings, ensuring harmonious transitions with the existing building and the interstitial spaces of the neighborhood.

The accesses and the interior plaza facilitate community life, transforming the complex into a space of permanence and connection with the city.

Context

Located on a traditional street in Ñuñoa, the project harmonizes densification with the neighborhood scale, integrating itself into the urban fabric.

Identity

The design seeks to reinterpret the architecture of the sector, reconciling different generations and lifestyles in a mid-rise complex.

Common area

The interior plaza articulates circulation and common programs, incorporating paths, benches and trees to encourage interaction among residents.

Habitability

Units range from 44 sqm to 110 sqm, offering flexibility in 1 to 4 bedroom homes with expansive views.

Design

The sober volume and glazed balconies add depth to the facade, avoiding monotony and highlighting the interior function.

Sustainability

The landscaping incorporates a green belt around the perimeter, contributing to the identity of the neighborhood and the quality of the urban space.

MATERIALITY AND LIGHT

The design prioritizes neutral elements that highlight the architecture of the neighborhood, combining texture, color and materials to generate identity.

The glazed balconies allow for a dynamic interaction with the facade, offering depth and variation in its architectural expression.
